#YNPN February Social: February 17, 2011

February 11, 2011

I’ve recently joined the board of the YNPN Triangle NC chapter. This is an outstanding new local chapter of the national YNPN organization. Being affiliated with YNPN has been invaluable in my career. I encourage anyone who is in the ranks or thinking of joining the ranks of nonprofit do-gooders to join a YNPN chapter.

YNPN Triangle NC February Social

RSVP and details at http://www.eventbrite.com/event/1234142353

Join fellow young nonprofit professionals for an evening of expanding your network and having a little fun with other do-gooders.

This monthly gathering welcomes anyone who is interested in meeting and networking with nonprofit professionals. By connecting with other community leaders you will grow professionally and personally to make a difference in the Triangle and the world.

This is the first monthly YNPN Triangle Social at Tra’Li. We’ll meet the 3rd Thursday of each month. After RSVPing for this event, add next month’s event to your calendar:

  • Tuesday, March 15 (yeah, it’s not the 3rd Thursday, but the 3rd Thursday is St. Pat’s Day…)
  • Thursday, April 21
  • Thursday, May 19

It’s FREE to be a member of YNPN Triangle. YNPN Triangle is a new chapter of the national YNPN network. In 2011, we are focusing on membership recruitment and retention through social and educational events. Our membership consists of young people who work for nonprofits or are interested in starting a nonprofit career with an age range from college to 35. Our organization is in the developmental stages and we are looking for strong, qualified nonprofit professionals to join us!
